:- 5.0 out of 5 stars from Michelle Loveman -- Best storyline ever : Probably one of the best series I have had the opportunity to read. I have read all 7 books multiple times waiting for the next book and have literally started dreaming about the characters. The fairytale saga is also amazing. A great writer can breathe an incredible storyline into something amazing. While I am definitely team Karol, it wouldn’t shock me if I am rooting for Kohl ( ok, it would shock and probably majorly disturb me!) at the end, since the author has a way of switching your loyalties and perspective with one word or sentence. Still, after literally bawling at the end of book 7, I can’t wait to see if Larken and Karol get the happy ending that just seems fated....if you haven’t read this series or the fairytale saga, you should. Although you may miss some sleep; the characters stay with you and haunt you. IMHO, that is the best gift an author can give. ( Reviewed in the United States on September 25, 2019 )

Shep Choir was referred to as "Bastien" and "Shepherd Birch" more times that I could count. Kohen and Kohl seem to be interchangeable, and apparently Kohen is now using Kohls stationary. In addition to this, there are so many instances where words are simply missing, or oddly enough the words are all there but scrambled up. Also, there, their and they're are three different words. This is all a shame, because the story itself is fantastic and the world building sucks you in. ( Reviewed in the United States on July 21, 2021 )

The story line is always riveting, ever evolving, suspenseful and full of emotion. Just when you think you've got it figured out, the plot twists and knocks you off your socks again. I am so in love with these characters. This series is by far the most in detail, suspense building, fairy tale like, romantic story i have ever read!!
